On the path leading up to Sultan Ibrahim’s Mosque, you will pass this small Orthodox chapel dedicated to Saint Catherine. It stands out from all the other ancient buildings in the fortress as it was built in the late 19th century, and its small bell tower was only added in 1985. It is nonetheless historic, as it was built using materials sourced from the fortress site.
